Refund policy

At Tiara Jewels, we offer a 5-day exchange policy, which means you have 5 days from the date of receiving your order to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it—unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange request is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without prior exchange approval will not be accepted.
