Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Custom or personalized items may take longer and will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–3 business days
- International Shipping: 7–21 business days (delivery times may vary depending on location)
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $1000 (within the domestic U.S. only).
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in transit. However, we’ll do our best to help you resolve any issues with the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging.
International Shipping Notes
Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your country's import regulations before placing an order.
